Staff Mental Health Therapist (Remote)

Job Summary
Deliver outpatient mental health care as part of a collaborative clinical team. Responsibilities include conducting culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families, providing tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, developing crisis/safety/relapse/wellness plans, participating in case consultations and discharge planning, ensuring timely billing and documentation, and coordinating care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff. Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, licensure or provisional license per state regulation, dedication to ongoing professional development, and strong communication and time-management skills. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health incl. supervision and continuing education
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks
