Job Summary
Outpatient mental health therapy for individuals and families; collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver culturally sensitive, strength-based care; develop crisis plans, safety and relapse-prevention plans, and wellness plans; ensure timely billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization; participate in case consultations and discharge planning to enhance client care; contribute to ongoing professional development through supervision and education opportunities; remote role based in Savannah, GA with patient care across the network.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation if required
- Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing
