Job Summary
Staff Medical Science Liaison focusing on Neurological Diseases; develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, identify unmet needs and scientific gaps, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver field and medical insights. Drive activities such as voice-of-customer events, physician-initiated clinical studies, internal/external education, and publication planning. Maintain detailed knowledge of product platforms and current literature in Neurological Diseases; act as a scientific authority delivering education to internal/external collaborators and preparing materials for scientific symposia and conferences. Provide training to internal teams (Sales/Marketing) on scientific messaging and stay current on Neurological Disease research trends. Eligible for remote work within an Eastern US designated territory with 20-25% travel and potential involvement in clinical studies and education initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience and Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years of experience and Master’s degree, or 4+ years of experience and a doctorate degree
- Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in a Medical Affairs/Medical Science liaison/Clinical Practice preferred
- Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel a minimum of 20-25% of the time (domestic and international)
