Staff Master Data Specialist (m/f/d)

Staff Master Data Specialist responsible for the strategic development and governance of Stryker’s Master Data Management (MDM) vision across trauma and extremities, overseeing data domains and use cases, delivering strategy and roadmap to centralize creation, governance, and distribution of master data; ensuring QMS compliance and regulatory alignment (FDA, ISO, MDD, GMP/GDP) to achieve regulatory clearance/certification; partnering with global business functions and IT to deliver end-to-end data governance, quality improvements, and sustainable processes; driving development of best-in-class practices, training for QMS areas of expertise, and aligning reference data domains to improve data quality and harmony across systems; travel up to 30% with remote/alternate-work arrangements and per-role flexibility.
