Staff Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary
Manage NPI to HVM transitions and line sustaining to prevent Test Operations delays while supporting HVM operations to meet performance metrics like Yield, UPH, and OEE. Drive CIP and automation initiatives to maximize equipment, manufacturing efficiency, and quality, and own problem resolution for all Test and Post-Test quality incursions using 8D and Why-Why Analysis. Serve as technical representative for supplier and Renesas end-customer audits across various OSAT sites. Requires minimum 5 years of relevant experience, strong debugging skills in IC testing systems, and basic programming knowledge of Teradyne Flex and Advantest V93K platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and written skills in the English language
- Excellent knowledge of Test Manufacturing Operations
- Experience, knowledge, and debugging skills in IC testing systems and equipment (ATE, Test Sockets, DUT boards, Probe Cards, Probers, Handlers)
- Excellent problem-solving ability using 8D, Why-Why Analysis, and resolving process/manufacturing challenges
- Good interpersonal skills, supplier management, and teamwork
- Basic programming knowledge of Teradyne Flex, Advantest V93K, Teradyne J750, ASL1K, V50, and all other platforms (knowledge of one or two is a must, while knowing all listed platforms is a plus)
- Statistical and data analysis knowledge
