Job Summary
Lead design, implementation, and productionization of ML-powered components for ads measurement products; build scalable ML/data pipelines; translate causal inference and experimentation methodologies into production-grade systems; collaborate with internal/external partners (clean rooms, APIs, MMM/MTA); establish ML engineering best practices in data quality, feature pipelines, evaluation, monitoring, and governance; influence roadmap by identifying high-leverage ML applications in measurement workflows; apply AI to accelerate development while ensuring correctness, explainability, data protection, and advertiser trust.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience building and deploying large-scale ML systems in production
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in ads measurement, ad effectiveness, or incrementality domains (e.g., conversion lift, brand lift, MMM, MTA, conversion APIs, or clean-room-based measurement)
- Solid software engineering skills in at least one modern programming language (Python or Java) plus SQL and large-scale data systems
- Proven staff-level technical leadership as a hands-on IC
- Experience using AI coding assistants and LLM-powered productivity tools with validation and accountability for outputs
