Job Summary
Staff Learning & Development Manager in Cleveland (hybrid) overseeing the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the firm’s staff learning, performance management, and development programs. Partners with leadership to identify skill gaps, administers annual performance processes, designs and delivers learning initiatives, manages the SkillPath learning subscription and end-to-end coaching programs, updates the Benesch Learning Center, and coordinates external providers. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7+ years of HR with 5+ years in L&D, SHRM/HRCI certification preferred, and strong facilitation/presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and LMS/talent development platforms is expected. Salary range is $118K–$149K and the position is full-time with hybrid work flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- minimum seven years of progressive human resources experience including at least five years focused on learning and development
- experience managing performance processes and facilitating employee development in professional services or multi-office environment
- proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and learning/talent development platforms
