Staff iOS Engineer

Lead the development of scalable iOS architecture and customer-facing features for retirement and accounts experiences. Drive technical strategy, system design reviews, and implementation planning across the iOS stack using Swift and modern frameworks. Mentor iOS engineers through code reviews and structured development support, elevate testing practices and release stability, and collaborate with product, design, backend, and infrastructure partners to deliver reliable, user-focused mobile experiences. This role focuses on the fintech domain, working within Robinhood’s retirement and accounts teams to scale systems for millions of customers and to improve performance and observability while maintaining strong regulatory alignment.
