Job Summary
Auditor will perform financial, operational, and compliance audits of plants, operations, projects, and systems under supervision, applying GAAP/IFRS, conducting IT and business process walkthroughs, and executing testing (including SOX) of internal controls over financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing workpapers, drafting audit findings and reports, ensuring timely completion of assignments, participating in special projects to improve audit efficiency, and providing training and knowledge sharing within a global Internal Audit team. Travel up to 30% internationally may be required. The role supports Signode entities globally and may audit Crown processes as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Management
- Chartered Accountant with 0-4 years of Public Accounting or Internal Audit experience (preferred from manufacturing)
- Additional certification such as CIA, CFE or CISA are a plus
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and internal control frameworks (COSO)
