Job Summary
Staff Auditor in Internal Audit & Compliance leveraging AI to enhance operational and financial audits across hospital departments; responsibilities include planning and performing audits (operational, payroll, procurement, patient billing, inventory), analyzing data for trends and inefficiencies, building/testing AI-powered tools (e.g., automated sampling scripts, NLP for document review), and creating dashboards/reports for leadership; requires clear communication to explain findings and a solid understanding of healthcare environment and IT controls. Preferred qualifications include degrees and professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP) and experience with AI/automation tools; on-site presence with possible one-day remote in NYC.
Required Qualifications
