Job Summary
Lead Ladies instructional programs, private and group instruction, golf schools, corporate clinics, member clinics, and junior programs. Provide golf instruction to Tiburon membership, resort guests, students, and juniors while assisting the Golf Academy with current instructional programs. Supervise and maintain practice facilities to ensure safe, clean, and professional conditions. Manage teaching aids and instruction inventory, handle administrative duties, and perform opening and closing responsibilities. Represent the facility in community and local business promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- PGA/LPGA Class A Member or PGA/LPGA Associate working toward membership
- dedicated golf instructor with a minimum of one year of related experience in golf instruction and club-fitting techniques
- Teaching and coaching experience in all aspects of the game of golf
- exceptional communication skills
- highly polished interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people easily and quickly
- extremely organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- highly motivated, goal-driven, and a self-starter
- work extremely well in a team environment
