Job Summary
Staff Inspection Program Analyst to support the U.S. Army’s Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) G-3 at Fort Benning, GA. Facilitates scheduling/coordination of staff inspections, prepares Director’s office after-actions reviews, maintains updates to SharePoint/website for staff inspections, and produces correspondence, reports, surveys, charts, graphs, and tables from rough drafts. Coordinates requests for resources and exceptions to policies for MCoE schools and units for approval by the Director, MCoE G-3 or their designated representative, and coordinates with TRADOC and MCoE staff sections regarding resource/exception requests. Requires ability to interact with military/civilian workforce, knowledge of military protocol, and a degree in a relevant field with an active Secret clearance; some travel is required. Location: Fort Benning, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Strong communications skills (oral and written), ability to work cooperatively with military / civilian workforce
- Working knowledge / understanding of military protocol / chain of command.
- Degree in Protocol, Military Studies, Communications, Marketing, or Diplomacy (or equivalent experience)
- Former Senior NCO or Officer with similar experience as outlined in this announcement is preferred.
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is Required
