STAFF I4.0 ANALYST, SMART MFG & AI (Quality)

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate SMAI quality initiatives within FE sites, deploying smart-manufacturing solutions, supporting user acceptance testing, capturing enhancement requests, and documenting business benefits. Drive adoption of I4.0 for Smart Manufacturing, identify gaps and inefficiencies, define and propose solutions, and lead cross-functional projects with global resources. Provide expert functional guidance on system capabilities and use metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in quality and manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 3+ years' experience in Quality management or Process Equipment Engineering
- Strong domain knowledge of fab processes and quality systems
- Experience in quality improvement activities
- Experience leading and managing projects
- Excellent in communication, team work, and collaboration with other departments
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 3+ years' experience in Quality management or Process Equipment Engineering
- Strong domain knowledge of fab processes
- Experience in quality improvement activities
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration across departments
- Prior experience in global manufacturing environment (Preferred)
- Strong program or project management skills (Preferred)
- Experience leading and managing projects (Required)
- Knowledge of SMAI, I4.0, AI/ML applications in manufacturing (Preferred)
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing and requirements capture
- Ability to define business solutions and propose implementation projects
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience coordinating resources from global teams
- Ability to provide functional and process guidance on system capabilities
- Experience in quality management within semiconductor or similar manufacturing environments
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering (any engineering discipline)
- Willingness to work across multiple sites and teams
- Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience with project leadership and cross-site coordination
- Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing quality frameworks
- Ability to manage end-to-end projects from idea to proof of concept
- Familiarity with FE (facilities/functional engineering) and SMAI (Smart Manufacturing AI) initiatives
- Proven track record of deploying manufacturing solutions and monitoring benefits
- Experience with end-to-end process improvement and digitalization efforts
- Interest in growing into leadership roles within manufacturing analytics
- Ability to work in a highly technical, fast-paced semiconductor environment
- Proficiency with data analysis and manufacturing KPI tracking
- Understanding of industrial automation and manufacturing IT systems
- Experience in deployment of AI/ML solutions in manufacturing environments
