Job Summary
Senior Staff HSE Air Engineer leading carbon accounting and emissions analytics, developing tools and workflows that connect periodic GHG inventories, forward-looking emissions forecasts, and ongoing tracking of actuals vs. forecast performance. Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver decision-ready emissions insights; Own a high-impact emissions platform and collaborate across operations, engineering, sustainability, and leadership. Role emphasizes data systems, analytics, and strategic influence to strengthen environmental and operational performance; requires engineering background and 5+ years of related experience; proficiency with SQL/Python, Promax, PowerBI, Spotfire, and upstream oil & gas emissions software. Regulated by GHG frameworks and focused on scalable data integration, dashboards, and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program or PE license preferred
- Minimum 5 years related work experience
- Experience with SQL/Python, Promax, PowerBI, Spotfire, upstream oil and gas emissions software platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Experience with GHG inventories, forecasting, or sustainability reporting
- Experience bridging technical data and business decision-making
- Background in upstream oil & gas or similar industrial operations
