Staff Fullstack Engineer - On Demand Streaming (m/f/d)

Design, build, test, and deploy production services end-to-end in an agile, product-focused team while evolving the microservice ecosystem for observability, resilience, and horizontal scalability. Raise code quality through lean, well-tested unit, integration, and acceptance testing, and automate infrastructure and delivery via GitOps/CI/CD to boost speed with guardrails. Keep production healthy by instrumenting metrics, logs, and traces, and turn incidents into learning. Requires 10+ years of professional experience with depth in backend, data, or observability, plus significant experience in Agile/Lean, BDD, DevOps, or multiple programming languages. Permanent full- or part-time position in Berlin with 80% office presence.
