Job Summary
Architect and build state-driven, accessible web and mobile interfaces using React, TypeScript, and CSS for mission-critical applications serving nearly one million subscribers across Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Lead the development of next-gen features including an agentic AI chatbot and a usage monitoring dashboard, while championing performance and a11y as first-class concerns. Mentor a high-autonomy engineering culture and collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to drive scalable systems supporting millions of user interactions. This high-impact role involves scaling the team from 14 to 24 developers within a network-agnostic tech stack, with opportunities to leverage emerging technologies like Rust where architecture demands.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of front-end engineering experience building production-grade UIs
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and CSS-in-JS or equivalent styling approaches
- Experience with state management and data fetching libraries (e.g., Tanstack Query, Redux, Zustand)
- A strong eye for UX/UI detail, accessibility, and responsive design
- Comfort dealing with complexity: legacy code, varied device support, and cross-platform consistency
- A self-starter who can define and deliver high-leverage solutions with minimal oversight
