Job Summary
Senior Staff Frontend Engineer to own technical vision and strategy for highly interactive web applications. Lead teams to solve large, open-ended problems, devising reusable components and frameworks to power a world-class experience. Requires 5+ years of experience building performant UX that renders and manipulates large data sets, deep React/JS expertise, 2+ years in typed JS ecosystems (TypeScript, Flow, Elm or Reason), and experience with state management libraries (Recoil, Redux, or MobX). GraphQL and/or VTK experience is expected, with optional WebGL, D3, and Three.js knowledge. Remote-friendly with a hybrid work arrangement in the San Francisco, CA area.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience architecting, scaling interactive UIs in JS/React
- 2+ years of experience with JS type systems (TypeScript, Flow, Elm or Reason)
- Experience with Recoil, Redux or MobX
- GraphQL and/or VTK experience
- Optional WebGL, D3, Three.js knowledge
