Staff Frontend Engineer

Job Summary
Establish and evolve the company-wide micro frontend platform using Module Federation, managing shared dependencies and cross-team contracts for dozens of dynamic brands. Deliver large-scale, cross-domain projects spanning independently deployed frontends across Latin America and Europe, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to production deployment. Lead architectural decisions and mentor engineers while driving frontend performance, reliability, and developer experience within a distributed topology. Set technical standards, implement modern build pipelines on AWS, and ensure scalable, high-availability architectures that allow multiple teams to ship without breaking each other.
Required Qualifications
- Deep hands-on experience in frontend engineering
- Strong proficiency in React
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid grasp of clean code principles
- Proven track record designing, building, and maintaining micro frontend systems at scale
- Experience with Module Federation (Webpack or Vite-based)
- Experience with shared component/design systems
- Experience with independently deployable frontend applications
- Experience designing scalable, high-availability frontend architectures
- Experience designing runtime/build contracts for multiple teams shipping independently
- Strong familiarity with modern frontend build/deploy pipelines
- Strong familiarity with cloud-native environments
- Experience with CDN-based deployments
- Experience with CI/CD workflows for federated frontends
- Excellent analytical skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Ability to articulate technical ideas clearly
- Ability to collaborate effectively across a diverse team
- 3 days / week on site expectation
