Job Summary
Staff Foundry Yield Engineer located in San Jose, CA. Drive best-in-class yield performance across MOSFET foundries in Discrete and IC products; develop benchmarking capability and yield dashboard; ensure smooth transition and ramp post-R&D/foundry transfer to high-volume manufacturing; enable reduction in foundry non-conformances with corrective actions; support yield enhancement and capacity increase for new processes/equipment; assist audit activities (internal and customer) as needed; require collaboration with international teams and strong data analysis skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years related experience in semiconductor process engineering
- Experience in process integration for both Discrete and IC based MOSFET is preferred
- Experience in working with R&D and foundry operations
- Experience in managing SPC, control plan and FMEA
- Experience in collaboration with international teams and communication (spoken and written) in English
- Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor device and wafer processing
- Fundamental knowledge in statistical data analysis and control methods
