Job Summary
Lead 0→1 product initiatives from discovery through scale by designing and implementing full-stack product architectures and establishing technical foundations. Partner directly with customers and Product leadership to translate ambiguous product problems into scalable solutions while influencing the product roadmap and engineering priorities. Mentor engineers working on these initiatives and balance speed, product quality, and technical sustainability in a rapidly scaling environment. Work independently on complex backend problems and large-scale integrations to build critical infrastructure powering high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack and product engineering experience
- Proven 0→1 product development track record
- Excellent product judgment and technical depth
- Strong architecture and system design skills
- Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments

- AI product development

- Experience taking products from prototype to significant scale
