Job Summary
Staff RN Med Surg – Day shift, 36 hours per week, contract with AdventHealth DeLand. duties include critical thinking, data collection, ongoing patient assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based plans of care, administering medications and treatments, ensuring safe documentation and handoffs, patient and family education, adherence to regulatory standards, quality and safety initiatives, and serving as a patient advocate. Requires Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN) with 2+ years in an acute hospital; RN license and BLS required; TNCC preferred; English fluency; basic computer skills. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
