Staff Fellow - Neurology (Neuro-Oncology)

Provide direct patient care under supervision in the Sylvester Cancer Center outpatient clinic, participating in medical treatment of brain tumors, neuroradiology, and neuro-pathology. Attend attending physician's outpatient clinics three to four times weekly, eventually leading office visits independently and performing essential neurological oncology procedures. Engage in research projects and meetings while developing a topic for presentation at national meetings and publication. Learn neuro-oncology billing, participate in quality improvement projects, and study intensive care unit administrative processes. Attend weekly didactic teaching sessions and deliver educational presentations to hospital and academic services. Requires an MD degree and Florida Medical License.
