Job Summary
Lead the company’s technical engagement with industry organizations (AMCA, ASHRAE) and provide technical leadership across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Application Engineering. Lead cross-functional development initiatives for fan products, engineering tools, and software; mentor engineering talent; support strategic customer relationships through technical consultation, troubleshooting, training, and co-development; help position Twin City Fan as an industry thought leader; develop and deliver technical training and white papers; represent the company within industry organizations; contribute to air path development, product qualification, troubleshooting, and performance optimization; develop IP-related technical content; collaborate with Product Management to capture customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering related to fan design and application engineering
- Demonstrated technical leadership in product development, application engineering, or related technical disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory testing, product qualification, and validation
