Job Summary
Staff Systems Engineer in Hyderabad leads system/subsystem initiatives across hardware, software, firmware, and consumables; shapes system architecture, requirements, and interfaces; conducts root cause investigations and structured problem solving; guides sustaining engineering, lifecycle management, and cross-functional VAVE efforts; collaborates with global teams to transfer knowledge and align technical execution; mentors junior engineers and supports broader product development ownership across R&D and manufacturing domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, product development, or related roles
- Experience with multi-disciplinary systems (hardware, software, firmware)
- Strong problem solving, root cause analysis, and technical execution
- Experience working in cross-functional and global team environments
- Experience with life sciences or analytical instrumentation (preferred)
- Experience with VAVE, cost reduction, or design for manufacturability (preferred)
