Job Summary
Review project plans, develop product solutions, and prepare submittal drawings and calculations. Conduct structural, hydraulic, and geotechnical reviews while providing drainage support for corrugated metal and plastic pipe systems. Offer technical advice for site plan integration and support Operations/Manufacturing for proper fabrication. Collaborate with in-house engineers, CAD Techs, Sales/Marketing, and external engineers to coordinate efforts with field sales and manufacturing teams. Provide training, check team work for accuracy, and develop product literature. Maintain industry relationships and contribute to technical papers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related engineering degree
Desired Qualifications
- Structural, hydraulic, or geotechnical background preferred
- EIT certification preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in civil site project preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- AutoCAD skills proficiency preferred
- Some exposure to Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
