Job Summary

Oversee lab processes, procedures, and standards compliance to guarantee products satisfy customer requirements throughout development, test, and evaluation phases. Lead ISO 9001 compliance activities including audits, test-readiness reviews, and procedure validation while designing system integration checks and configuration verifications. Execute lab equipment verifications, drawing reviews, and change control notices, then participate in root-cause and corrective-action investigations to hold the program accountable for non-conforming processes. Develop software quality processes that detect performance impacts early and execute statements of work by interpreting Customer and Supplier Data Requirements Lists. Mentor the SSQA team to increase knowledge of QE work and work with DCMA on AS9102B/C First Article Inspections. Requires 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, an active DoD Secret clearance, and SAP clearance capability. Located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other STEM-related field
  • 12 Years Experience with Bachelor's of Science
  • 10 Years with Masters
  • 8 Years with PhD
  • Earned Value Management
  • Active DoD Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
  • U.S. Citizenship

Desired Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance (or higher)
  • Previous experience on the B-2 program with requisite additional clearances
  • Experience with IBM DOORS
  • Experience with requirement traceability
  • Experience in a Software Engineering environment in an engineering capacity, work plan review, and root cause/corrective action analysis
  • Ability to work independently with all levels of management and customer representatives to identify solutions to complex problems
  • Experience leading diverse teams via a formalized Root Cause/Corrective Action process
