Job Summary
Staff Engineer, ServiceNow with specialization in APM, CSM, and HRSD. Responsible for understanding functional requirements, envisioning overall solutions, defining technologies and frameworks, coordinating requirements and schedules to enable application development, leading UAT and production rollouts, analyzing work breakdown structures and estimating effort, and providing guidance to the team. Requires hands-on ServiceNow scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly, AngularJS), integration experience with third-party systems, ITIL knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into technical designs, along with mentoring peers and delivering high-quality results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ServiceNow SPM module certification
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development specializing in APM, CSM Module and HRSD
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
- Experience in ITOM or GRC or HRSD and ITIL knowledge
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and implement technical solutions and conduct component Integration Tests
- Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, AngularJS)
- Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
- Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail
