Job Summary
This role is primarily focused on providing technical leadership and guidance within the Robotics Focus Applications Team at Analog Devices. Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to align customer problem statements with ADI solutions, creating and optimizing architectures for robotics systems, and supporting customer engagements. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, extensive experience in robotics or adjacent technologies, and skills in communication and influence in matrix organizations. Candidates should have a proven record of building consensus and providing technical guidance across diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Experience providing technical guidance
- Good communicator with strong ability in technical presentation and collateral generation
- Leadership in Matrix Organizations
- Ability to guide technical decisions through influence rather than direct control
- Track record of building consensus across diverse stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Existing domain expertise in robotics or in a robotics-adjacent technology
- Experience in a semiconductor company with domain expertise in a related system applications field (e.g. motion control, autonomous vehicles)
- Hands-on experience in robotics systems development (PCB, firmware, or FPGA experience a plus)
- Familiarity with humanoid, mobile robotics, collaborative robots, and/or industrial vision technologies (e.g., ToF, radar, sensor fusion)
