Job Summary

Design scalable, maintainable, and secure service architectures using C# or TypeScript, leveraging PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS to build backend services and optimize cloud infrastructure. Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage third-party APIs, and integrate AI/ML features while ensuring reliability through test automation and performance profiling. Act as a technical mentor to elevate peer skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, and drive platform-wide improvements that reduce technical debt. Deliver high-impact projects that meet technical and business objectives while advocating for emerging technologies in distributed systems and secure software practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development

  • Build and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS or similar platforms
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Infrastructure as Code

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, other Staff Engineers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver platform solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex backend issues across the stack

  • Stay current on emerging technologies in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and secure software practices
