Job Summary
The Staff Engineer in Planning Transformation plays a key role in delivering process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include leading and executing continuous improvement efforts, facilitating workshops, identifying process variations through mining methodologies, and developing frameworks for sustainable improvements. Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in continuous improvement analytics, strong proficiency in process management tools, and demonstrable project management and analytical capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of proven continuous improvement analytical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Visio, Word, Excel-Macro/VBA, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Power Automate)
- Proficient in Process Mining Tools (preferably Celonis or similar)
- Knowledge in Process Management (process modeling, analysis, assessment, and design)
- Ability to analyze stakeholder needs and define requirements for a solution
- Ability to manage workloads successfully and provide outstanding customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Digital Six Sigma certification
- PMP certification
- Agile certification
