Lead block- and subsystem-level physical design closure for complex hierarchical SoCs, collaborating with SoC-level teams to align clocking strategies, floorplanning intent, and integration requirements; develop and scale subsystem closure methodologies and automation; mentor subsystem design engineers; ensure timing closure, congestion mitigation, and power integrity while coordinating cross-functional handoffs with RTL, STA, power, verification, and backend teams.
