Job Summary
Staff Engineer to design and build large-scale distributed systems and platform services for Omnissa. Own end-to-end architecture, performance, scalability, and operational excellence of core services, with a focus on Go-based backend systems, high-throughput and low-latency workloads, and observability. Responsibilities include designing scalable backend systems in Go, service decomposition, data modeling, API design, and inter-service communication; driving performance optimizations; troubleshooting production issues; building with Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and Redis; deploying in containerized environments with Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes or HashiStack; collaborating with Product, SRE, and Security teams; code reviews and mentoring; full software lifecycle ownership; championing DevOps culture and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Qualifications
