Job Summary
Staff Engineer, Industrial Engineering: Lead productivity and capacity-improvement initiatives, perform time studies and develop Lean-based production layouts to optimize plant utilization; validate automation performance, conduct material and process-flow analyses, and collaborate with Production, QA, Process, and Automation for KPI achievement. Requires strong written/oral communication, ability to work independently, and proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and Lean/Six Sigma is a plus. Emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering efficient, ergonomic processes in an industrial manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related engineering disciplinary
- Minimum working experience >5 years
