Job Summary
Design, develop, and deliver backend features while leading technical modernization efforts, including AI-related capabilities. Raise engineering standards across the team by solving shared problems and helping ambiguous projects become clear action plans. Mentor engineers through personal development planning and cross-team collaboration to grow talent beyond pure delivery. Work autonomously as a peer to unblock teams and shape direction together.
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level backend engineering skills in C# / .NET
- Solid experience with automated testing, DevOps practices, and working with databases
- A strong product mindset - understanding of the business and product context behind technical decisions
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate as a peer with senior engineers, without needing tasks broken down for you
- Comfort with responsibilities beyond pure technical delivery, such as mentoring, cross-team collaboration, or representing the team on broader initiatives
- Strong communication skills and an Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI-related features
- Experience with system design and architecture-level decision-making
