Job Summary
Staff Engineer leads across the organization to deliver enterprise-class software solutions with high quality, usability, and performance. Responsible for owning complete solutions across the lifecycle, influencing product managers and teams to solve complex problems, and mentoring junior engineers. Requires broad technical breadth from front-end UI through back-end systems, experience with micro-services and REST APIs, strong design and architecture skills, proficiency with languages such as Java, C++, Python or C#, cloud and DevOps practices (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), and demonstrated ability to drive design reviews, establish best practices, and accelerate delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
