Job Summary
Staff Full Stack Engineer (IC4) to architect end-to-end full-stack architectures for global SaaS products, balance distributed backend infrastructure with responsive frontend, lead cross-functional technical strategies, mentor engineers, and drive architectural excellence. Responsibilities include owning the full software lifecycle from requirements and data modeling to deployment and production support; conducting deep-dive code reviews; promoting modern architectural patterns; integrating AI tools like GitHub Copilot into daily development; and ensuring high availability, security compliance, observability, and multi-tenant design. Required: 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience building and scaling full-stack applications, degree in CS/engineering or related field, proven track record of shipping complex systems and leading technical initiatives. Skills emphasize data structures and algorithms, system design (HLD/LLD), distributed infrastructure, modern web ecosystems, cloud/DevOps, AI tooling, and strong technical communication.
