Job Summary
Lead strategic quality transformation programs across global sites by developing charters, governance frameworks, and execution plans to deliver measurable business value. Drive cross-functional initiatives with Quality, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and ensure successful program delivery. Define and track KPIs for speed execution alignment (SEAL) initiatives, including yield improvement and system adoption metrics. Champion digital transformation through automation and AI analytics to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness. Provide regular updates to sponsors on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies while promoting best practices in program governance. Organize workshops and knowledge-sharing forums to foster innovation and collaboration within the quality organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Science or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
- Experience in a full cycle of program/project management and cross-sites coordination with demonstrated ability to lead quality initiatives, preferably in a global scale
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence optimally across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience using data analytics, automation, AI, or digital transformation solutions to improve operational performance
- Self-motivated learner with a strong desire to continuously improve, seek feedback, and expand capabilities
- Demonstrated agility and resilience in managing ambiguity, adapting to change, and delivering high quality results in a fast paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Semiconductor manufacturing or quality engineering experience with knowledge of quality systems and methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional and cross-geography initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience developing executive communications and KPI/tracking dashboards
- Experience working on automation, AI/ML, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
