Job Summary
Staff Engineer for ERP Workday (Technical Consultant) specializing in Workday HCM and integration. Responsibilities include configuring, maintaining, and supporting Workday HCM modules (Talent & Performance, Core HR, Time & Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Staffing, BIRT/Reporting), designing and delivering integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation, configuring Workday Business Processes, collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams, troubleshooting integration and functional issues, developing and enhancing Workday reports, managing security roles and domains, and supporting content onboarding and learning materials. Requires 6+ years of experience, deep Workday expertise across HCM and integrations, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, ability to work with US/UK business hours, and a degree in CS/IT or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Total Experience 6+ years
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM
- Strong experience in Workday integration development and support
- Expertise in EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation
- Experience with Workday Business Process configuration and support
- Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting and BIRT report development
- Functional understanding of Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Employee Management Systems (EMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with Workday Security configuration and administration
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and tools
- Workday Certification is preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment with overlap to US/UK business hours
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelorās or masterās degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
