Job Summary
Staff Engineer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and Angular, lead end-to-end feature development from requirements and technical design to implementation, testing, and deployment. The role emphasizes building scalable, secure backend services and RESTful APIs following clean architecture and best practices, hands-on front-end work with HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/Angular, and strong collaboration with product owners, architects, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. The position requires expertise in Azure cloud, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, databases, Elasticsearch, and a focus on code quality, reviews, and ongoing improvement across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Total experience 7+ years
- Must have experience with .NET Core .NET 10 (or .NET 4.8)
- ASP.NET MVC/Web API
- C#
- Experience with end-to-end feature development from requirements to deployment
- Front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 19 (SPA, RxJS)
- Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Elasticsearch
- CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Octopus)
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Azure Cloud platform
- Cloud-native solutions on Azure
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code following coding standards
- Code reviews and collaboration with global teams
- UAT and production rollouts
- Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with DevOps practices to improve reliability and efficiency
- RESTful API design and development
- Interaction with product owners, architects, and QA engineers
