Job Summary
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity and bandwidth issues, and maintain Windows and Linux servers to ensure optimal availability. Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, oversee CI/CD pipelines, and implement automated monitoring and alerting solutions. Collaborate with Cloud Operations and security teams to align secure design, remediate vulnerabilities, and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in regular security assessments, supervise backups and recovery processes, and resolve bottlenecks in the deployment lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 8 or more years of related experience
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in system and network administration
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software
- Experience with Windows and Linux server administration
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server)
