Job Summary
Conduct construction materials testing, project observations, and site assessments under controlled procedures. Lead project meetings, manage client relationships, and prepare advanced proposals for review. Complete contract negotiations, monitor budgets, initiate change orders, and handle invoice submissions and project closeouts. Supervise field personnel and assist with equipment issues, lab, and administrative duties as needed. Requires off-shift and overtime availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Valid driver's license and reliable driving record
- EIT or ability to obtain EIT within 6 months of hire
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and solid interpersonal skills
- Internal PMCP completion within 6 months of hire
- Ability to lead and supervise others
- Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed

Desired Qualifications

- International Code Council and ACI Certifications
