Job Summary
Establish tester capability and maintain functionality by managing controls, setup parameters, and software revisions to meet product specifications. Conduct periodic preventive maintenance, evaluate hardware, and derive continual improvement strategies to reduce test time, simplify processes, and enhance equipment reliability. Perform gage repeatability and reliability studies while minimizing over-rejection and optimizing tester performance. Apply risk-based thinking to planning and execution, ensuring full compliance with ISO requirements and company rules. Maintain optimal equipment levels to minimize downtime and interface effectively with peers to support teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering/Computer Science
- At least 6 year of Equipment Maintenance/Testing experience & testing methodologies
- good computer literacy
- good communication skill
- Strong interest in computer hardware engineering
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting a wide range of desktop software and components
- Experience in equipment's Total Control Methodology
- 100% onsite
