Job Summary
Staff Engineer - Integrations responsible for end-to-end delivery of integration services using Spring Boot, WebFlux, Netty, and REST APIs. Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of integration components, ensure production readiness, reliability, performance, and security, and drive architectural discussions for cloud-native, reactive architectures. Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and support production operations by triaging incidents. Collaborate with SRE/operations and cross-team stakeholders to improve observability, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines. Leverage experience with banking integration patterns (onboarding, KYC, transaction flows, core banking interfaces) and integration with core banking and card processors to build scalable, secure solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, reactive programming
- Netty, Reactor, non-blocking I/O
- REST APIs and microservices
- Distributed systems fundamentals
- Kubernetes, Docker, containers
- Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
- CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, ArgoCD
- Logs, metrics, traces, troubleshooting production incidents
- Banking domain integration patterns (onboarding, KYC, transaction flows, core banking interfaces)
- Integration with core banking and card processors
- Security and compliance requirements (OAuth2, mTLS, encryption, audit, data privacy, regulatory controls)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ownership and accountability
