Staff Engineer, Analog Layout

Job Summary
As a Staff Engineer in Analog Layout, you will collaborate with global teams to run simulations and verifications using Cadence Virtuoso, refining designs through iterative debugging to meet specifications. You will take ownership of the full development cycle, including floorplanning, layout, and verification, while participating in regular technical meetings as a mentor. This role requires a solid foundation in electrical concepts and CAD tools, along with excellent communication skills to facilitate coordination among diverse teams.
Required Qualifications
- Fundamental understanding of electrical concepts, preferably through a degree in Electrical Engineering (graduate or undergraduate)
- Proficiency in using CAD tools for implementation layers and microelectronic design
- Proven track record of delivering high-speed or precision analog circuits across multiple process nodes
- Experience with full development cycle, including floorplan, layout, verification, delivery, and support
- Ability to take ownership of tasks from cells to full interfaces or chips
