Job Summary
Staff Engineer - AI leads the design, development, and scaling of an enterprise GenAI platform. Responsibilities include providing technical direction across onshore/offshore teams, reviewing requirements, maintaining code quality and test coverage, leading system design and implementation for AI-enabled enterprise solutions, and ensuring alignment with security, governance, and architecture standards. Requires hands-on software development expertise with modern web technologies (JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, Drupal), cloud and DevOps practices (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), experience with AB/MVT testing, API development, and integration of LLM-based workflows. Minimum 8 years of software development experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Pay range listed; includes benefits and DOE considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of software development experience
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of Cloud architectures and DevOps practices (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Advanced proficiency with JavaScript, front-end technologies (Angular, Node.js, Bootstrap/Material Design, CSS3, HTML5)
- Experience with RESTful web services and content management systems (Drupal)
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and code quality practices
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development best practices
- Experience leading technical design and cross-functional collaboration
