Job Summary
Staff AI Productivity Engineer to accelerate how our engineering org works with AI coding tools. Own end-to-end development environment setup for autonomous agents, build MCP server integrations to connect agents with CircleCI, Slack, Datadog, Github, and create or curate documentation and context to help agents understand how we build software. Lead cross-team efforts to raise the bar on AI-assisted development, develop tooling for non-engineers to make visual updates, and act as a PM for internal AI agents to stay at the cutting edge of AI productivity trends across Hightouch.
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong software engineering fundamentals
- Deep hands-on experience with AI coding agents
- Experience writing effective agent documentation or context files
- Track record of building developer tools or infrastructure used by engineers
- Comfortable across CI/CD, cloud, internal tooling, and application code
