Job Summary
Staff Engineer to own internal infrastructure and agentic productivity—design internal systems and agents that accelerate how we write, review, test, and ship code, and automate platform operations (CI/CD, observability, alerting) to improve velocity and reliability. Lead the evolution of the internal developer platform, establish tooling patterns, mentor engineers, and recruit collaborators. Bring hands-on experience building developer tooling or internal platforms, with proficiency in Go, Python, and/or TypeScript, and familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps/SRE, Terraform/Pulumi, observability, and AI/LLM-enabled workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building developer tooling or internal platforms
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps/SRE in production
- Hands-on experience with AI agents or LLMs in engineering workflows
- Proficiency with Go, Python, and/or TypeScript
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi) and observability
