Job Summary
Lead the design and development of mechanical air and hydronic system drawings, details, flow diagrams, and system concepts. Perform and review heating and cooling load calculations, prepare biddable mechanical design documents using AutoCAD and Revit, and coordinate with internal disciplines and external partners for integrated project delivery. Conduct field surveys of existing mechanical systems and support construction administration efforts by reviewing equipment submittals, responding to contractor RFIs, and participating in site visits. Assist project managers in maintaining schedules and ensuring technical quality. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Fire Protection, Building Systems, or Energy Engineering with 2 to 5 years of relevant HVAC design experience and an Engineer in Training certification.
