Job Summary
Lead the design and development of electrical and control systems for large-scale projects within the ADTECH division, including hands-on assembly and testing of electrical systems; supervise and mentor teams of electrical engineers; translate high-level requirements into autonomous detailed designs; participate in design reviews and collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems engineers to realize integrated, functional systems; require 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, a BS (or higher) in Electrical/Electronic/Robotics/Computer Engineering, ability to obtain DoD security clearance, and U.S. citizenship; role emphasizes leadership, autonomy, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related field with an Electrical concentration
- At least 10 years of practical, technical experience in electrical engineering (concept development, system design, analysis, simulation, integration, testing)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Government Department of Defense Security Clearance; active clearances preferred but not required before employment
- Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with government contractual obligations
- Proven capability to lead and mentor a team
- Experience in designing control systems for automated or robotic systems is highly desirable
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to engage in hands-on assembly and testing and travel as needed
- Strong problem-solving and leadership attitude
- Keen interest in growth within a globally recognized enterprise
