Job Summary
Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers. Design and implement training programs that align with organizational goals, including coordinating logistics for sessions and overseeing e-learning courses. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, provide coaching and mentoring to staff, and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure timely competency completion. Manage training budgets, update documentation, and collaborate with external trainers as needed. This role supports the assimilation of new employees within Windsor's post-acute health care system, which has served the community since 1975.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development
- Proven experience in a staff development or training role

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design
